Under the guidance of Artan Elshani 

This course is held for the younger generations, it aims to improve vocal abilities and general knowledge of music of the participants and techniques of musical interpretation. 

Participants are taught various techniques of vocal control, interpretation of songs, preparation of performance scenes and usage of different musical instruments. 

Participant groups organize various singing choirs, concerts, festivals and programs.
