Immediately after the end of the war in Kosovo, it was the city of Fellbach from Baden Württemberg, Germany, that decided to build and monitor for a long time an educational center for the youth of the Municipality of Suhareka.

The reason for making such an investment in Suharekë was because this municipality had suffered from the fierce war in Kosovo, both in terms of people and infrastructure.

In addition, children and young people suffered from post-traumatic stress caused by the severe events they had experienced during the war.

With the initiative taken by the Assembly and the then Mayor of Fellbach, Mr. Friedrich Wilhelm Kiel, and in close cooperation with Kinderberg International under the leadership of Mrs. Suzana Lipovac, towards the beginning of the year 2000, the works for the construction of this center immediately began.

In addition to the works in the construction of the facility, Kinderberg International was developing activities with young people in different locations in Suhareka. An extensive program of psycho-social treatment led by Karmit Zysman with a psychiatrist and 6 sociologists. Computer courses, foreign languages such as English and German, art, dance and theater courses were also being developed.

Fellbach-Haus made its solemn opening on July 2, 2002. Immediately after the opening, all this activity that was taking place in different locations in Suhareka was moved to the alcoves of the Fellbach-Haus, expanding and with the course of cooking, modern dance , journalism, aerobics, ping pong, swimming course, theater and many, many more.

In these years of development, they have seen us as a center of development and initiation of democratic processes due to the fact of many projects, initiatives, debates and trainings that we have developed with the aim of developing young people in democracy.

They have seen us as a cultural center due to the fact that we have offered numerous activities in the sphere of culture, art and music.

They have seen us as a center for the education of young people due to the fact that we have developed a wide activity with the aim of raising the level of their education.

We have been seen as a center of initiatives and connecting bridges due to the fact that we initiated Festari, friendship with Fellbach, cooperation with many international organizations from Europe, the USA and other continents.
